Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (For When Life Happens) We totally understand that things can come up, so here’s a simple breakdown of our cancellation and rescheduling policy: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you're within the 24-hour window, please reach out to your service provider directly. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 4 hours before your appointment with a deposit/fee. If it's within 24 hours, contact your provider and they’ll assist you. Cancellation Fees: Under 12 hours: A 25% cancellation fee will apply. This can be used as a deposit if you reschedule at the time of cancelation. If you cancel the reschedule, you lose this deposit. Under 4 hours: A 50% cancellation fee applies. Your provider may offer to apply this fee as a deposit toward a future appointment, at their discretion. If that future appointment is canceled, the deposit is retained by the provider as a cancelation fee. No-Show Policy: If you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t notified us, you'll be charged 100% of the appointment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep everything running smoothly!
